This Website is designed to act as a tutorial and reference guide for someone who is just starting out working in theatre sound. It deals with commonplace equipment, sound effects, musicals and includes a sample sound design. It does not however form a suitable replacement for experience of being sat behind a sound board and having a play with the equipment - ultimately this is the way that you will learn the skills and techniques of sound designing.
